Dreams serve a purpose every night. There are many kinds of dreams serving many purposes. What kind do you have?
- Psychological? Subconscious dreams release the pressure from your minds due to the trauma and stress of the day. They may include pent-up fears locked up in the deep recesses of your mind as far back as infancy/childhood.
- Clairvoyant dreams are prophetic in nature. They give you an inkling of the future.
- Wish fulfillment dreams are expressions of dreams come true, our longings realized in the dream state that hope for manifestation in the waking state.
Not everyone can remember their dreams. It is better if we could remember our dreams. Dreams can give us advice or insights. Dreams can help us in our everyday living. It can solve problems or give answer to the questions in our minds.
How to remember your dreams?
To remember our dream, before sleeping, give your subconscious mind instructions to remember a dream. Say to yourself : ” I want to have a dream. I want to remember my dream. I am going to remember my dream. “ Keep repeating these sentences to yourself until you fall asleep. In the morning once you wake up, write down what you remember in your dream. So, better to keep a dream journal in your bedside.
The Four Ds guidelines for those who wish to embark on a healthy lifestyle:
Desire: You must desire to be healthy, you must want it to happen for you now. Not yesterday, but today.
Dedication: Once you have embraced your desire, you should commit yourself to achieving your goal.
Discipline: Dedication with discipline will ensure your success. You must learn to police yourself.
Delight: A guaranteed high to those who have achieved their goals. You will love yourself better.
